Overnight Oats:
Ingredients:
1. Rolled oats
2. Milk or non-dairy alternative
3. Sweetener of your choice (honey, maple syrup, etc.)
4. Toppings (fresh fruits, nuts, seeds, etc.)
Equipment:
1. Mason jars or airtight containers with lids
2. Mixing bowl
3. Spoon
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk or non-dairy alternative, and sweetener. Stir well to combine.
2. Divide the mixture into individual mason jars or airtight containers.
3. Add your preferred toppings, such as fresh fruits, nuts, and seeds.
4. Seal the containers tightly and refrigerate overnight. The oats will absorb the liquid and be ready to eat the next morning.
