To use the Table Citrus Press, Aluminium from Pantry Pursuits, follow these steps:
1. Cut the citrus fruit in half, making sure to remove any seeds.
2. Place the fruit cut side down on the juicing cone of the press.
3. Hold the fruit in place with one hand while using the other hand to lower the lever of the press.
4. Apply enough pressure to extract the juice, but be careful not to press too hard, as it can make the juice bitter.
5. Once you have extracted the juice, lift the lever to release the juicing cone.
6. Dispose of the leftover fruit remains and pour the freshly squeezed juice into a glass or container.
7. Clean the press thoroughly by washing it with warm soapy water and drying it with a clean cloth.
