Move over kale; the humble cauliflower is the new 'in' vegetable. Due to its unique texture, it produces a bland mash similar to dough, rice and even mashed potatoes, erasing the need for heavy carbs in a meal. Check out the video below to see the replacement magic at work; it's pizza your kids will love and you won't regret.
