It's frustrating when a guest brings an unchilled bottle of white wine or warm beer. Here's a quick way to cool these drinks real fast...in about 3 minutes!

Fill a large ice bucket with ice cubes, add a jug of water and 2 cups of salt. Stir and put the bottle into the bucket. Don't forget the salt because it slows the ice from melting too quickly.
