Ever avoided roasting because you're unsure about when the meat is cooked? Take that uncertainty out of the equation ... use a Meat Thermometer. You simply can't go wrong with a Meat Thermometer when roasting meats because based on the temperature indicated on the thermometer, you'll know how well the meat is cooked.
