Eggless Cookies "Melt-in-Your-Mouth" Moment, Chinese New Year, Valentine Gift Ideas

Valentine’s day and Chinese New Year are on the same day this year! Make your own eggless cookies that melt in your mouth for your loved ones with only 4 main ingredients.

Ingredients

Flour – 210 gr
Powdered sugar – 80 gr
Corn starch – 50 gr
Unsalted butter – 230 gr
Vanilla extract – 1tbsp

Method

Whip room temperature butter with powdered sugar for 4 - 5mins, add in vanilla extract.
Add corn starch and half of flour, mix well
Add the rest of the flour, mix using spatula until smooth
When batter is ready, use piping bags to make the cookies with any tip that you like.*
Bake for 15 mins at 180C

*I used the Marcato Biscuit Maker Cookie Press to create a more uniform look. Using piping tips give the accessibility to decorate it as you like (see below for the cookie using star tip)
