The Paderno Stainless Steel Casserole Pot is wide and low, allowing for quick dispersion of steam for searing and poaching. The exterior and interior is of satin polished finish with ergonomic stay cool hollow handles. The pot has a thermo radiant stainless steel/aluminum/stainless steel bottom, hence it's concave when cold and perfectly flat upon heating. It also has lipped non-dripping edges. The pan is induction compatible.
