Paderno Curved Saute Pan

This pan is made of 18/10 Stainless Steel with Sandwich Thermoradiant bottom.

Available in various sizes, these are 100% Induction ready. Both outside and inside of the pans are satin polished. They have non drip edges, hollow tubular "stay cool" handles in stainless steel, and are ergonomically shaped, with uniform thickness throughout.

The sandwich thermoradiant bottom is made with a pure aluminium disc and another of stainless steel. The energy efficient aluminium distributes and maintains the heat while the stainless steel protector plate provides a durable and flat cooking surface. The bottom is concave when cold and flat when hot, thus creating 100% heat distribution.
