How do I order?
On our website, go to the product page of the item you are looking for and click the "ADD TO CART" button. Follow the instructions through the shopping cart.
How do I change my order?
You may change your order at any time before you click the final SUBMIT ORDER button. Once you have submitted your order it can't be changed.
What about backorders or no-stocks?
While we try to maintain full stock, sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances, some products may be backordered or we may have run out of stock.
In this case you will be notified by email as to when the products will be restocked.
How do I cancel my order?
Please note: To best serve our customers, we process orders immediately upon receipt. During the checkout process you may make changes to your order but once it has been submitted, your order cannot be altered. Our goal is to make sure that when you place your order we begin processing it right away to provide you the best service and quickest delivery. We do offer satisfaction guarantee on all of our products so you can exchange anything you purchase. Please see RETURN POLICY.
Do you send order confirmations?
We automatically send you an email confirmation of your order, usually on the same day when your order was placed (except weekends and public holidays).
Please note:
We may refuse to accept an order if:
- goods are not available;
- we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
- there has been a pricing, product description or product image error;
- we are unable to fulfill your order for any other reason beyond our control.
I live outside Singapore. Can I still order online?
Presently, we are unable to process overseas orders online.
This is because we are unable to calculate the shipping charges for overseas shipping online.
