L20cm. Giesser knives use only first class POM plastic material for their forged knives. Each GIESSER knife with POM handle passes the handle refinement station. Eight fully automatic working stations smoothen the last remaining roughness between handle, blade and rivets and the POM plastic receives a mirror polishing – the perfect finish. We offer these knives in various colours for food hygiene purposes. Use this green handle knife for salads, vegetables and fruits. Dishwasher safe.
