Paderno Non-Stick Charlotte Mould

Paderno

Charlotte, a popular dessert is believed to have originated in 18th-century Britain and took its name from Queen Charlotte. This dessert usually has spiced apples baked in a mould lined with thin slices of buttered bread. A chilled version of the dessert is made with Bavarian cream in a ladyfinger shell.  You can prepare both hot and cold charlottes in this traditional mould.

This mould offers uniform baking or chilling, while its flared sides help in unmoulding the finished desserts. The heart-shaped handles assist in handling the filled mould. The non-stick coating aids easy release and quick clean-up
