Creative Culinaire is a culinary school based in Singapore offering cooking and baking courses to local as well as overseas students. Fully equipped for hands-on classroom training and cooking demonstrations, the school features courses that are specially designed and conducted by Director and Principal Chef, Judy Koh and her team of qualified chefs.
Some of it’s much sought after courses include Professional Baking Course, Cake Baking Course, Hotel Cakes, Bread Making and Dim Sum Making, Ice- Cream Making, Chocolate Making as well as Chinese Restaurant Cooking and Japanese Cooking.



Caffe Pralet by Creative Culinaire
Encouraged by the success of Creative Culinaire The School, Caffe Pralet was set up in 2006 to serve healthy and wholesome meals and desserts. At Caffe Pralet, Asian and Western meals and a wide variety of yummy-licious cakes, pastries and breads – all special creations of Chef Judy Koh and her team – are served.
Chef Judy also wanted to showcase the creations taught at her culinary school. Since she is constantly developing new recipes for her students, the Caffe gets to enjoy the fruits of her labour. New and interesting concoctions of cakes, pastries and desserts are added regularly to the caffe’s menu. There is always something new, something different served at our caffe.
Caffe Pralet has also been accredited by Health Promotion Board for its range of healthier cookies. Do drop by and taste the passion and love that goes into Chef Judy’s food. And don’t forget to try our very popular signature cake, ‘Pralet’, a French chocolate cake which consists of layers of dark chocolate and a crispy Hazelnut layer, topped with a smidgen of edible gold.
